The Roof Suite Rome apartment has 3 spacious double suites that are all elegantly furnished with parquet flooring, furniture, and prestigious comforts.

In each suite, Guests have at their disposal an air-conditioning system, minibar, Smart TV to connect to their smartphones to listen to music, and a private bathroom with spacious shower and toiletries. One bedroom has a balcony.
To guarantee our Guests a superior quality of sleep, the Roof Suite Rome boasts an air purifier with a sensor to check air quality to remove viruses, allergens, and small particles.

Fabulous experience

Everything was amazing! Blown away by the property and personalized staff. Breakfast was amazing every day. Washer/dry was under repair the first day, so staff took our clothes and had them cleaned, folded and return within hours. Amazing property. Loved the entire experience and you will too. The apartment is fitted with a kitchen fully equipped with dishware and appliances for those wishing to prepare their very own favourite meals.
Every morning, Guests can choose to enjoy a complete express breakfast served on our splendid terrace and prepared by our collaborator using local, organic products.
Roof Suite Roma also offers a large lounge, decorated with prestigious frescoed ceilings and marble columns, with Smart TV and fireplace, where Guests can spend moments of authentic relaxation.
Upon request, in the evening we can organise and serve aperitifs on the terrace, or dinner prepared specially by a Michelin-star chef, to take Guests on an authentic gastronomical journey sampling delicious dishes from Roman and Italian cuisine.
Our Staff will be available throughout your stay to answer any requests for information, to book shuttles for Rome’s airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino), and recommend the best events, and most important attractions and exhibitions in the Capital.

The Location
Roof Suite Rome

Roof Suite Rome is located in the Rione Monti, in Via Palermo n° 36, one of the oldest and most characteristic areas of the Eternal City.

Just a few steps from our structure, the city unwinds in a mosaic of ancient vestige, trendy boutiques, and famous restaurants. Piazza di Spagna and the Trevi Fountain, symbols of her timeless beauty, can be reached after a pleasant walk or a couple of stops along the underground: the “Repubblica” (Line A) station is close by.

The Colosseum, Imperial Fora, Palatine Hill, and the beautiful Arch of Augustus can also be reached by foot following the streets of the historical centre – a “journey” through centuries of art, culture, and Roman daily life.
